Terms for LavinCreatives engagements.
1. Engagement
Each project scope, timeline, and deliverable set will be defined in a separate proposal or statement of work.
2. Payment
Standard billing is 50% upfront, 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Intellectual Property
Final approved deliverables transfer to the client once invoices are paid in full. Internal tools and processes remain property of LavinCreatives.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep shared product, business, or financial information confidential.
